Burgess-Philips Inc. was established in 1996 and it's primary focus is the sales and service of mailing equipment. 90% of our core business is Swing Arm Inserting Machines (Bell+Howell & Inscerco). Other inserters include Gunther, Pitney Bowes Flowmaster. Most of our service is conducted at the customers site, where preventative maintenance,component replacement, machine timing, or operator training may be what occurs on any given service call.

• Service Call response time is usually within 4 hours. You will likely hear a real voice when you place a service call.
• All Work is backed up with a simple promise of "If you are not satisfied,we are not satisfied."
• We carry a large amount of spare parts and in emergency situations parts can be fabricated inhouse.
• Our pledge is to be as timely as possible, because in the mailing business, extra time is a phrase rarely spoken when it comes to, "when a job must go out the door."
• Additionally we sell and service Sure-Feed Equipment which has a full line of conveyance and feeding machines for the mailing and bindery industry.
• Folding Machines include Baumfolder, MBO, Challenge, Profold, O&M ,Martin Yale, Formax.
• Unfortunately Postage Meter bases are almost all migrating to digital format, however we still service the pitney R150 base which has applications for transport only, Postmatic Stamp affixers.
• Letter Openers and Extractors by Inscerco, Formax.
